With recent approval from the Muskegon City Commission, Parkland Properties will move ahead with plans for a $14 Million development in downtown Muskegon.

Terrace Point Landing, as it will be called, will be on the shores of Muskegon Lake.

“We will have small homes in a highly-amenitized project at an affordable price that will be of the highest quality,” says Jon Rooks of Parkland Development. “There will be two, three, and four-bedroom homes with two-and-a-half or three baths, with great views of Muskegon Lake.”
