“The minute I step through that door, he’s putting a smile on my face.  And the staff make you feel like you’re number one, you’re very important.”

Does your downtown Grand Rapids fitness club make you feel this way?  A major part of the encounter you have with a business is the appreciation you feel and service that you receive.  Do you agree?

But what do we want?  Something deep inside each one of us is seeking more than an encounter at a restaurant or fitness club.  It is a slight word change, but a huge difference.  We want an experience.  Think about it in this context, “I just had an encountered with someone”, or “I just had an experience with someone.”  Big difference?

The question then becomes, does your club offer you an encounter or give you an experience.

The club in downtown Grand Rapids that is providing experiences, where the staff is, “putting a smile on my face”, is Monroe North Fitness.

Come find out what others are already experiencing, by visiting Monroe North Fitness today.  It will put a smile on your face.

Contact Monroe North at 616-913-9123.  Do it today!

Downtown Muskegon continues to grow and expand.  And as it does, Parkland Properties is adding the process.

“I think the whole emphasis on brining people to live, work, and play downtown can having nothing but a major positive effect on our downtown rebuilding,” Steve Gawron, the mayor of Muskegon said.

The newest project is the Terrace Point landing, which will have 70 homes along the Muskegon Lake.  These homes will be a combination of waterfront and waterfront views.  Each property is expected to range from $150, 000 to $300,000 in price, stated Jon Rooks of Parkland.

Cathy Brubaker-Clarke, the city’s economic development and planning director stated, “These houses will be close to downtown so people can take advantage of all of the cultural and festival events but have the privacy of their own home on Muskegon Lake.”  Brubaker-Clarke also said, “The real plus is that it can bring new people to live downtown”
